Supportive Sisters: Our Mental Health Journey

Mental illness can run in families, but so can resilient mental health support. Ayoola, the Emerging Technology Librarian at Jersey City Free Public Library, and her younger sister Sala, a visual artist, makeup artist, and fashion designer, will have a conversation where they discuss their respective mental health journeys.
