Year Up New Jersey

Year Up is a one-year career accelerator program empowering young adults (age 18-26) to enter a career in Technology or Business. Year Up at HCCC provides young adults with 6 months of paid professional development and specialized career technical training. This instruction prepares students for the second phase of the program: a 6 month paid full-time internship at one of Year Up’s many corporate partners, which include: Bank of America, Google, J.P Morgan, Spotify and Facebook! Year Up’s mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by ensuring that young adults gain the skills, experiences, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through both career development and higher education.
